you did an excelent job! just a few things, The BG art is too poor, the flash gradient effect, the lack of volume and the color palete is not working. the character animation is really good, except for the fight scene, i think it would be better if you add some animation efects in between, like flashes or camera shakes

(PS: look for the weight of the characters if they jump the gravity have to pull down their bodies).
